Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Shipping charges vary depending upon your location in the United States and the shipping method that you choose..We Don't Ship outside of the U.S. at this time. However we can ship to a family member or a friend that can ship to you through another service.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes or APO addresses, You must provide a street address for your order.
Be sure to include correct suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
During the warmer months Chocolate and candy made with gelatin are extremely heat sensitive and will melt in temperatures above 75 degrees fahrenheit.... So cold packs will be provided and there will be an additional fee added of no more than $5 for orders placed in the warmer months.
Candygyrl is not responsible for products that were delivered to its location. But sat on a porch or in the sun all day. We only ship orders in the warm weather that will arrive by friday.
So try to place your order in the earlier part of the week, on a Monday or Tuesday if possible.
We take extreme measures in hopes that you will receive your order in excellent condition, however we can not guarantee that candy will not melt in transit during the warmer months.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The food and drug administration (FDA) policies, Candygyrl DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN ON EDIBLE PRODUCTS. ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS MAY NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by Candygyrl
If you receive incorrect merchandise we will correct the error. Please notify us within 24hours
We are not able to issue refunds due to manufacturer formula or packaging changes. You might have some favorite old school candies or just certain candies that you may like..keep in mind that product and packaging may change and /or look or taste different than what you recall this doesn't represent a defect but more so a taste preference.
Refused Orders: There will be a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charge and any charges related to the products being returned to Candygyrl.
In the event that a product that was ordered is unavailable. You will not be charged.
